The popular, natural sandy beach Es Trenc in Sa Ràpita is only 18 km away and can be reached in less than a quarter of an hour. Also just a few minutes away by car are the two golf courses Son Antem and Maioris, which enjoy an excellent reputation among golfers. The nearest marinas are in S'Estanyol, Sa Ràpita and El Arenal. The space Charming apartment 1st sea line above the sandy beach of Cala Pi This charming apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house on the 1st sea line. The wild romantic bay of Cala Pi is literally at your feet and the sandy beach is just a stone's throw from the apartment. From the terrace you can hear the sound of the sea and watch the hustle and bustle on the beach. The apartment has a cozy living-dining room with fully equipped kitchenette and air conditioning, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The covered terrace invites you to a nice get-together and can accommodate 4 people. Various restaurants and two small supermarkets are within easy walking distance. After an extensive restaurant visit, you can walk back to the house without having to use the car. This vacation property is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking on the terrace and in the garden is of course allowed. Guest access Guests have access to all areas. Other things to note If desired, baby bed and/or high chair can be provided. Since July 1, 2016, we as a rental agency have been obliged to collect the "tourist residence tax" (also called eco-tax) from our guests and to forward them to the tax office. The charge for holiday rentals in houses and fincas is €2.00 per night per person for the first 8 nights, after that there is a 50% discount on each additional night.
