Welcome to our lovely Georgian house in the sought after conservation area of Deal. Moments from the High Street and seafront, it's the perfect place to enjoy a holiday by the sea. Relax and unwind in front of the cosy double-side wood burning stove, or in summer soak up the sun in the pretty sheltered south facing courtyard garden. Potter down the wonderful Hight Street full of independently run shops, restaurants and cafes. The space The house has been lovingly updated over the last five years to provide a very comfortable and spacious home which easily accommodates 6 guests. There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (both with walk-in showers) plus a downstairs cloakroom. Between the sitting room and dining room we have a double-sided wood burning stove. * Lovely private sheltered south facing courtyard garden with table and chairs. * High speed wifi and smart TV with Sky. * Good sized double bedrooms, a large kitchen and separate dining room with door out to garden. * Kitchen refurbished and refitted. * Utility room with washer/dryer and large butler's sink. * Separate downstairs cloakroom. * For cosy evenings there is a double-sided wood burning stove between the sitting room and dining room. A supply of wood, kindling and firelighters is left in the house. Our local agent is able to supply additional wood supplies if needed. * We are also dog friendly (2 dogs maximum). Guest access Guests have full use of the whole house and private south facing garden which catches the sun all day. Pets - We are dog friendly. We welcome well behaved dogs, but please let us know if you are bringing a dog. Other things to note Check in is after 4pm and check out by 11am - however we do try to be flexible on this when possible - just ask! Our house is quiet and tranquil but at the same time only a hop and a skip into the town for restaurants, bars and independent shops. We are just a few minutes walk from the beach
