100 acres of unspoilt Granite Belt beauty with 800m Severn River frontage. Expansive views over thousands of acres of natural granite belt splendour including Sundown and Girraween National Parks as well as local vineyards and farms. We have reverse cycle a/c, in-floor heating, electric blankets, a bio fuel fireplace and heaters in bedrooms to keep you warm in winter and reverse cycle air-conditioning and the river to keep the summer heat at bay. You won't find a more peaceful place! The space There are 4 bedrooms in the house. Master Suite = King Bed + ensuite (upstairs) Aqua Room = Queen Bed (downstairs) Blue Room = King Bed (downstairs) Yellow Room = Queen Bed (downstairs) All linen, blankets, doonas, pillow and towels are included. There is a small selection of tea and coffee pods for your use (Aldi coffee pods). Electric blankets, oil heaters in the bed rooms, central floor heating and the fireplace is available for use during winter. Reverse cycle a/c is available for use in all bedrooms and living areas all year round. Please bring your own: - towels for swimming - picnic rug / basket if you want to have a picnic - internet access (house is in the Telstra and Optus 4G service area) - toiletries, including soap, shampoo etc - food and drinks. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and 100 acres of the property. PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBOURS AND DONT WALK THROUGH THEIR PROPERTIES. Please respect the unspoilt nature of the place: leave nothing but footprints and take nothing but memories. There is a large car accommodation / car port that can accommodate four vehicles as well as one garage attached to the house. There are plenty of tracks to explore and go swimming in the river. The 3 car lock up garage is unavailable for use. Other things to note The day before check-in, we will email you a welcome book. This outlines the address of the property, how to find it, where to find the safe to access house keys, what is provided and what to bring . PLEASE PRINT THIS DOCUMENT or have access to it when you arrive - otherwise you will not have the code to the safe and you will not be able to access the house on your arrival.
