What more could you ask? The space Your separate bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a firm mattress, four down pillows, cotton sheets, and a walk-in closet. The bathroom has full mirrors, a toilet, and a new custom tile shower, including a travel hair dryer with 100% cotton bath towels. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, an electric hotplate, a Bosch dishwasher, a small counter-top convection oven, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, an electric tea kettle, a blender, pots, pans, glasses, wine glasses, plates, and cutlery. We have a brand-new HVAC system with separate thermostat controls for your unit, for your comfort and convenience. The living area also features a sofa with a fold-out double bed for extra guests or kiddies. An additional big plus is the LG washer and dryer with eco-laundry soap. Simply furnished, this is a wonderful, peaceful spot to return to after a day of exploring all that Sedona has to offer. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, and if approved, a one-time fee of $45 for one, or $60 for two is charged. This helps cover the extra costs of cleaning. The bedroom includes a dedicated desk for remote work. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the large private fenced back yard. A good enclosure if you have a dog! Note we are occasionally visited by other critters that live in the high desert! Other things to note This is a daylight garden unit with lots of light in the living room through double sliding french doors. You will have the driveway parking to yourself, though we sometimes use the EV charger if we are home. We have a brand-new HVAC system with dedicated thermostat controls for upstairs and downstairs for your comfort and convenience. In addition to air conditioning and heating, there are overhead fans plus portable fans and heaters that you can place anywhere. Based on feedback from our guests, we've installed a new custom tile shower that offers a larger space, perfect for taller individuals. Check out the pictures to see for yourself! We offer EV owners a 240-volt 40-amp home charger with J-plug (J1772) for fast overnight charging. Just let us know in advance so we can switch it on! We have a folding "Lotus" Travel Crib by Guava for toddlers. OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE COMMENTED: The lock on the sliding door (your entrance) can be a bit fiddly. Based on customer feedback, we have produced an instruction sheet and a video on how to lock and unlock it. The hallway floor between the living/dining/kitchen area and the bathroom/bedroom area has two separate steps. Based on customer feedback we have marked these clearly, but please do be aware!
