The apartment is a 3 bedroomed with 1 ensuite and guest bathroom. Located approx 10 minutes from the CBD, 20 minutes from the airport and 2 minutes from the shopping centre. The apartment is in a gated and secure complex, a Caretaker is available daily. The apartment is suitable for couples, families and groups and a Housekeeper can be provided in need. There is a public swimming pool and a private back garden. We also have a solar system and a water tank for back up. Hoping to see you soon! The space Our Greendale Home is located in a quiet complex and neighborhood. It is a home from home. Guest access Guests can access the whole home, the swimming pool and front and back gardens. Other things to note The environment is suitable for the whole family. A truck or SUV are available for hire during your stay. Let me know in advance if you need one. We also have a generator incase the solar runs out. NOTE: When utilizing the generator, it is important to ensure that the garage door is open or that there is sufficient outside air circulating in the area where it is placed. Please be aware that parties are completely prohibited in the apartment and complex. We endeavor to create a tranquil environment for both our guests and neighbors. To ensure that all guests have a comfortable stay, we respectfully request that no more than 6 people occupy the unit at any given time. This allows us to maintain the integrity of our area while also ensuring that everyone enjoys a comfortable stay.
