The Giallo Oro apartment is on the second floor of Corte del Fuin, a typical Lombard courtyard in Seregno, in Brianza, between Milan and Monza. It is part of Dreaming Italy Travel, a project that selects and curates vacation homes with a specific idea: to offer places to experience, not just accommodations. The property includes 3 apartments and 2 suite rooms. Train station 7 minutes away on foot, with direct connections to Milan and Como. The space The two-room apartment is designed to offer autonomy and comfort in a cozy and quiet environment. The kitchen is complete with appliances and everything you need to enjoy your stay with freedom. The large and private sleeping area has a double bed or two single beds on request, a sofa, and a 50" Smart TV with Netflix. Alexa is also present to manage music and information with voice control. Each space is functionally organized, maintaining a simple and well-kept style, consistent with the Dreaming philosophy. A crib or extra bed is available upon request, and small dogs are allowed. When available, the apartment can be connected to the Pearl Gray Room, creating a single solution for up to 6 guests. Guest access The entrance to the courtyard is via a personalized code, and each unit has a private lockbox with a code communicated on the day of check-in. This allows for independent and flexible access, while ensuring our availability during your stay. Inside the courtyard, guests can relax at the outdoor tables and in the small living room, in a quiet and welcoming setting. Other things to note The apartment has air conditioning and fiber-enhanced Wi-Fi. Bed sheets and towels are provided. Laundry can be used upon request. We provide two free bicycles by reservation, ideal for reaching the Parco della Porada or getting around the city comfortably. Services dedicated to families and pets are available.
