The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed. The space The place is a former antique shop, which means on the window side it is possible to enter the Airbnb directly from the sidewalk. Some guests welcome the opportunity to work in the room, for example, in summer 'with the door open.' Due to the ground floor location, guests need to understand that passers-by can sometimes be heard. Other things to note We take great care to ensure that your room is sufficiently cleaned and sanitized after each departure. In particular, the light switches, the toilet and the surfaces are sterilized. Since the Airbnb is on the first floor, you can hear passers-by walking by every now and then. We therefore provide free earplugs. You are very welcome to come with your child; we have a high-quality children's travel bed, a high chair, and lots of great books and toys for your offspring. If you want to work here, you have free high-speed Internet and you can then get started right away at the large bright desk. We're also happy to lend you a printer if needed. Our place is a protected, safe space. We welcome guests of all races, faiths, and sexual orientations. Munich city center can be reached in a 15-minute walk.
