The space The apartment is on the second floor and has two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a cool balcony. There is an elevator, good for 2 persons. From the elevator, you need to go down 10 stairs to the door of the apartment The main bedroom has a double bed, the smaller one has two new single beds (you can see them in a new picture I've added). We can also supply a baby's bed, a high-chair, and a stroller (Peg perego) All rooms are air-conditioned. The entrance to the bathroom is in the big bedroom. In the living room you can enjoy an lcd TV. with cable and Netflix. You can also surf the web with a wifi connection. Or enjoy a wonderful sea breeze on the balcony. The kitchen includes: Refrigerator, Toster-Oven, Microwave oven, Coffee machine, Electric Kettle, Two electric cooking hot plates, Kitchenware. Other Amenities: Air conditioning, Hairdryer, Coffee, Tea (you can also pick up fresh mint leaves that grow in the balcony), Fresh bed linen and towels, Toilet paper, Electric fan, Portable Air Cooler, Iron rack for drying clothes, Clothing iron and Ironing board, Beach-mat, Blue tooth speaker. For Infants: Crib, High chair, Stroller (Peg Perego). All the windows are double glazed and have electric shutters. The location is perfect! 2 minutes walk from Hilton Beachh and independence Park. Five minute walk to the Tel-Aviv Port (the city's hottest nightlife and restaurant district) and Hayarkon Park. Ben-Yehuda st. is parallel to Dizengof St., which is known for the cafes and shops on it. Both streets have excellent public transportation running through them. The apartment is also 2 minutes walking distance from the "Ulpan" on La Salle Street. My husband and I are musicians. We renovated the apartment ourselves. We live in the apartment on the top floor of the building, so anything you need will be taken care of immediately.
