The Loft House - Beautiful House in Best Location

The Loft House is a charming, newly renovated house in the heart of Bath . A host of lovely cafes, restaurants and independent shops are right on the doorstep. The historic Circus is a stone's throw away with the Royal Crescent a short walk beyond. Heading south, you'll quickly reach Milsom Street which will take you down towards the Roman Baths, Abbey and Pulteney Bridge. The space A super charming, newly renovated house in the best location. The house is “upside down” . The bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor and upstairs you'll find a bright, airy, open-plan living area with a vaulted ceiling, exposed wood beams, a fully equipped kitchen and cosy woodburner. The bedroom has a permanent king size bed plus an optional single that will be set up if booked in advance. The single is a standard size single bed with a slotted wood base and a quality 'bunk bed' mattress. It's provided with children in mind. Guest access Parking We have a limited supply of digital permits, at £8 per day, for parking on streets within a ten minutes walk from the house. Please enquire in advance of your arrival date. It can be extremely difficult to find an on-street parking place in central Bath. Although the vast majority of guests have managed to find a space, a few have opted to drop off their bags then leave their car for a nominal charge at the Park & Ride near the racecourse, the bus stops very close to the house. Another option is the nearby Charlotte Street car park, £16 a day. Other things to note Your neighbours are local residents so quiet guests only please.
