No parties. The shower has great water pressure! An Iron & Ironing board is in the closet. I live nearby so I'm available if you need assistance or need anything that isn't available in the unit. This listing has never had animals in it so no need to worry if you have allergies. Please do not wear shoes past entry. You have full access to the listing and as I already mentioned you'll have TV and wifi access. Parking in the driveway. The front lawn has a very nice patio with plenty of chairs and umbrella. It's a nice area to have a meal and drinks. There is a stove/oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker & Electric Kettle & Keurig. There is a refrigerator and freezer that has an ice maker & 12 Cup coffee maker. There is also an outdoor table & chairs on the front lawn. Bring your favorite k-cups for the Keurig. I really enjoy hosting. I have met wonderful & interesting people! Because I'm self employed I am available to assist you some during your stay. I understand when people want minimal contact, I live nearby in case assistance is needed. :) I'm a very social person and like to visit with people (guests) & I'm very knowledgeable about the area & can help you make plans & let you know about attractions you may not have heard about in Cody & the surrounding area. For instance there is very little cell phone reception in Yellowstone & very little between Yellowstone & Cody. But sometimes a text will get through when a phone call will not. If you don't have Verizon or AT&T you will probably have more difficulties with reception. I'm within 3-4 blocks of downtown Cody. My neighborhood is very safe. I'm 2 blocks from Albertson's Grocery store which has a Starbucks inside and several liquor stores and gas stations, yet my neighborhood is fairly quiet considering it is in downtown Cody, Wyoming. Starbucks, McDonald's, Burger King, Subway & several coffee huts & many restaurants are only blocks away. 2 Liquor stores & a Grocery Store are all within walking distance. (less than or about 1/2 mile away). You will be able to park right next to the front door of the listing in the driveway. There are taxis & an UBER and LYFT in Cody and Car Rentals at our local airport. Many places are within walking distance. Grocery store (Albertsons) Starbucks, Liquor Stores, McDonald's, Burger King, Subway & more. Guests have a private listing, guests are very happy with the size of the space & how quiet it is. Special rates for long term 7+ days can be negotiated, & cleaning and other arrangements can be made.
