We have completely renovated this lovely apartment, and it is available to host you from June 2023. The lovely kitchen is equipped with everything you need to pamper yourself from breakfast to dinner, the spacious living room with the comfortable sofa can accommodate two people, in addition to the double room, and the fully renovated bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower where you can relax after a long day walking around the city. Other things to note We inform guests that as of 06/01/2018, the Tourist Tax (Article 4 of the Legislative Decree of March 14, 2011) has entered into force in the Municipality of Trieste for all guests for the first 5 days of their stay. The expected rate is €2 per person per night, minors, disabled people and their companions do not pay. Guests must pay the host in cash at check-in. Unfortunately, the tax cannot be included in the price you pay through Airbnb at this time. The municipality has assessed the accommodation as a 3-star vacation home. Guests are informed that this is a private apartment for tourist use and enjoys a regular operating license issued by the municipality of Trieste in 2020. In addition, the host undertakes to promptly communicate the complete details of the guests to the competent bodies (Police Headquarters), as required by law and fulfills all the tax obligations provided for by Italian law. Guests from the European Union must have a valid ID (ID card, driver's license, etc., provided that the photo and personal details are shown), while guests from countries outside the European Union must present a passport.
