The lower level bath area in the basement is very nice, but is not a "room" unto itself, but a section of the basement--see photos. There is a door at the top of the stairs for privacy. Guest access You have access to the entire house, yard and patio. But not the enclosed porch/sunroom which we use to store some of our things, the room off of the back hallway, or garage. Other things to note The TV is a 55" Samsung HD smart TV. Only local network stations are available (ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, PBS, others). However, there is High-Speed Wireless Internet so you can stream YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon TV (firestick), etc if you wish and you have your own account. You will be billed for any pay-per-view charges unless you use your own account. WiFi logon info is available in the Guest Resources section once your reservation is confirmed and also is printed out on the modem on the lower shelf in the living room. There are no TV's in the Bedrooms. There is a binder on the desk with various information and instructions regarding the home, as well as local shops, restaurants, pubs, attractions, etc.
