Lovely apartment in the heart of the real Venice, off the tourist track but close to all the attractions, 10 minutes from Rialto and 20 minutes from Piazza San Marco, nearby you will find the San Stae vaporetto pier with connections to the airport and Riva de Biasio. Also very close to P.Roma and the train station. Nearby are the Museum of Natural History, the Museum of Modern and Oriental Art, the Textile Museum, and the Scuola Grande San Giovanni Evangelista San Rocco. The space It consists of a living area with a large living room and a dining area with a large bright kitchen equipped with everything you need. It is suitable for wheelchairs as there are only a few steps inside the apartment. A corridor leads to the sleeping area where we find 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom, the main bathroom and a study with a sofa bed. From the living room you can access a garden where there is a terrace on which you can sip a tea or have breakfast, delighted by the passage of the Venetian cats and the chirping of the birds. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher. Ideal for a family with children or for couples. Guest access In the house, you will find the washing machine at your service and the possibility of hanging the clothes in the garden. Other things to note The apartment has complied with Covid-19 sanitation regulations. Check-in after 8:00 p.m. and until 10:00 p.m. will be subject to a surcharge of €30.00; after 10:00 p.m. the surcharge is €40.00; after 12:00 a.m. the surcharge is €100.00. For the sofa bed, it is €25 per night, including linen. Cot on request, extra cost of 20.00 euros for the entire stay, including linen. TOURIST TAX: YES SPONSOR OF THE BEAUTY OF VENICE. The cost per night is 5 euros per person per night, it is mandatory to pay it for the first 5 consecutive days of the stay. Children under the age of 10 are exempt, children up to the age of 16 have a 50% discount. The tax must be paid in cash at check-in. ACCESS CONTRIBUTION The 2024 calendar relating to the regulation of the access fee was presented at Ca' Farsetti by the mayor of Venice, Luigi Brugnaro, with the presence of the councilors for the Budget Michele Zuin and Tourism, Simone Venturini.
