The space This is a two BHK flat situated on the second floor with lift acces , includes bedroom- private bathroom- equipped kitchen-dining area-living room 24*7 security-parking in the premises-security cameras in the building. Guests can use garden area -gym-pool-rooftop for airport view( guest can enjoy a straight and clear view of flight landings) Note:- For two guests 1 bedroom is accessible with entire flat acces , more than 3 guests 2 bedrooms are accessible. Guest access Entire two bedroom apartment with acces of common areas like:-garden, pool, gym and rooftop Other things to note Parties aren’t allowed with social gathering , loud music isn’t allowed after 10 pm since its a residential society . Kindly confirm the breed of your pet before booking, since we don’t accommodate few breeds ( Rottweiler, pitbull , GS , Great Dane or any watch dogs) for the safety concern of other residents as well. There are extra charges for the pets.
