The house is on a dead-end street so there is no traffic or movement. The area is very quiet and absolutely safe. The space Meletakis garden homes is a ground floor house of 170 sq.m. It has 3 comfortable bedrooms with minimal decoration. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, window and air conditioning. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a sofa bed, 3 windows and air conditioning. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed for 2 people 90*2 m, no window and no air conditioning, it has a fan. The bathroom has Papoutsanis toiletries. Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool 7.50 m x 3.50 m. The residence has a balcony with stainless steel railings of about 85 sqm, around it there is 160 sqm of natural lawn on which there are fruit trees, the pool and many flowers. Regarding cleanliness, all hygiene rules are observed, after each change of guests everything is washed from scratch, even the sofa blankets and summer duvets, which is rare for accommodation. Sheets and towels are washed in a specialized laundry and come to us in packages. The detergents we use are of high quality, we refuse to use wholesale detergents as is customary.
