Avalon Beach 4 is our professionally designed beach home located in a quaint 4-unit building in South Mission Beach - just a few homes away from a surf + swim friendly beach. This premier top/2nd level unit features 2bedrooms + 1bathroom, 1 parking space, shared access to 2nd level deck with lounge chairs + BBQ, & beach gear (chairs/towels/boogie boards). Maximum occupancy 6 (4 adults maximum for all-adult groups). Note-No A/C, fans are provided. The space INTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS Step inside the front entry off the 2nd level patio into to a bright & professionally designed living space. The main living area includes a plush sofa bed & accent chairs that surround a mounted SMART TV, with white/gray/blue furniture & décor accents. Off the living room is a dining nook & kitchen. The hallway leads you to both bedrooms, featuring our master suite with King bed, SMART TV, & exclusive sun deck. Bedroom#2 houses 2 twin size beds, & rounding out the space is a full bath off the hallway (tub/shower combo). OUTDOOR + OTHER FEATURES • Shared 2nd level outdoor deck (only shared with the other 2nd level unit). Each has its own separate entry, these homes are not connected on the inside.
