My house is in an eighteenth-century village in Montenero Val Cocchiara, Alto Molise, 8 km from Castel di Sangro and Alfedena and 20 km from Roccaraso. Very panoramic and well exposed, renovated with extreme care, very warm and welcoming. It has 4 bedrooms, a large living room and an equally large kitchen-dining room and a bathroom, it is equipped with a warehouse (storage) in the immediate vicinity. It has an independent gas heating system and a large and beautiful fireplace. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. The space The house consists of 2 floors. You enter a large room divided into a kitchen, dining room, and living room with a large stone fireplace. Entering to the left, there are two bedrooms: the first is a double bedroom, and the second has two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor (attic), there is a double bedroom, and on the right, there is a space screened by a partition where there is another double bed. Guest access Guests will have the entire accommodation at their disposal, including the outdoor areas: a small garden and storage space. Other things to note There will be an additional cost related to heating: in addition to the requested price, there is a gas consumption fee corresponding to 25 euros per day in the cold season.
