Our home is at the base of Mt Yotei, ~30 min from Lake Toya and 10 min from Rusutsu Resort. In the summer, our home is the perfect basecamp to explore Hokkaido’s lush forests, rivers, volcanos and onsens. The possibility for adventure is endless here. From Chitose Airport, you can either take a train to Kutchan Station, or a bus to Rusutsu resort. We can pick you up from there. If you have an international driving permit, you can borrow our Toyota or Nissan vans for free (just pay for petrol). The space This Airbnb is in Makkari village close to Niseko United, Rusutsu Resort, and Lake Toya. Makkari Onsen is nearby (~5 min), offering spectacular views and soothing water. If you stay for 2 weeks, we will include a free Makkari Onsen pass. Makkari also has restaurants, markets, convenience stores, and lots of local vegetables.
