The space The apartment is located in the heart of Istron, a coastal village 10 km from the town of Agios Nikolaos. You can wander through our beautiful village and explore its beauties or head towards one of the nearby beaches with crystal clear turquoise waters and white sand, at a distance of just a few metres. We are positioned just 150m from Agios Panteleimonas Beach and 500m from Voulisma/Golden Beach. The apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom, a living room and a kitchen with a big dinning table. It is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The house is surrounded by a garden, full of flowers and some fruit trees. -Free WiFi is available, as well as TV. -There are 2 independent AC units (cooling and heating function) -There is a comfortable sofa-bed, where 2 people can sleep. If needed we can provide a folding bed for an additional person. -Parking is available right in front of our house. -Supermarkets, pharmacy, cafes, bars, restaurants are located nearby. -Cleaning services twice/per week.
