NOTRE DAME COTTAGES – (La Joie)

Quiet cottage with Provençal charm in Tourrettes-sur-Loup. Between SEA and MOUNTAIN, enjoy unspoiled nature on the balcony of the CÔTE D'AZUR. At the gateway to the ALPS, ideal for hikers and cyclists to discover countless trails and take up the challenges of the passes to climb (Col de Vence, Gréolière...) Many sports are offered in summer (horseback riding, tennis, whitewater sports, climbing), as in winter (Ski 45 minutes away) Paintball and tree climbing leisure parks... The space The cottage "La Joie" is a comfortable 52 m2 house that has a living room with 2 beds, a TV, a bedroom with 1 double bed and a bedroom that is open to the living room (mezzanine above the living room) with 2 beds, an equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, traditional oven and microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker and toaster. A shower room plus separate toilet. Covered terrace with barbecue and deckchairs. Not overlooked for perfect privacy. The cottage's amenities include duvets and pillows as well as a tablecloth, 2 tea towels and a bath mat. It does not include sheets and towels which are offered for rent (€15 per person for the stay). You will find suitable kitchen utensils and dishes. A cleaning fee is offered at €45. In the common area, you have a ping-pong table and a bowling green and a turnball. Parking is next to the cottages. Surrounded by greenery, olive trees, rosemary, thyme and other Provençal species, the cottage is located 2 km from the village which can be reached by a hiking trail in 20 minutes. Guest access The cottage is a small independent house on 2 levels (52 m2 + terrace) and not overlooked. The cottage is on one level with its terrace and small garden. Shared patio with games and shared laundry. 2 parking spaces on site. Utility vehicles must park in the lower parking lot, the first entrance on the left as you go up. The parking lot of the Gîtes Notre Dame is reserved for passenger cars. For the itinerary, we advise arriving by highway, exit Cagnes sur Mer then take direction Vence then direction Tourrettes sur Loup. 500 m after the village, turn left on the Ancienne Gare road about 1.2 km then turn right on the Pie Lombard road and 250 m further up on your right at the "Gites Notre Dame" sign. Destination reached! If you arrive by the Napoleon road, you will take a longer and narrower road but so pretty!
