It is not a hotel or a resort, but a private home by the sea, open to nature and local life. Pricing is based on the number of guests selected at the time of booking (maximum 6 guests). Open the gate and step straight onto the sand. The house is built on two levels, with outdoor stairs between floors. Ground Floor • 2 bedrooms with AC, each with double bed and attached bathroom • Living room with 2 sofas usable as single beds for extra guests (without AC) • Fully equipped kitchen • Small private garden First Floor (accessed via outdoor stairs) • Large panoramic sea-view terrace, ideal for sunrise, yoga, or relaxing • No toilet on this level 🔹 AC available in the bedrooms only 🔹 Drinking water provided 🔹 Maximum occupancy: 6 guests ⸻ 🧹 Services & Practical Info • Daily cleaning once per day, strictly between 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM • No caretaker on site, but our assistant is available during daytime • No meal service (kitchen fully equipped and food delivery is easy) 🔧 Hot water information • Hot water is available from the shower tap only (not from the showerhead) If anything is needed, please contact our manager during your stay. ⸻ ⚡ Electricity Short power cuts (10–20 minutes) may occur, as is common in coastal Tamil Nadu. Guest access The house is fully equipped, there is sheets and towels, all that you need for cooking, Internet WIFI and cleaning service every day. Other things to note This house is a private villa, this is not a compound in a big city, it means that sometimes some small insects can be there, we make regular pest control and we can provide repellent if needed, do not hesitate to ask me or my assistant. Also some lizards can be there, please note that in the area it is considered as lucky animals and useful as they kill bad insects, local people don't like to kill them. Lizards are totally safe animals and very afraid of humans.
