Located in the Faralya village of the world-famous holiday paradise Ölüdeniz, our Twin villa has a magnificent view of nature and the sea, a very large sun terrace and garden, a roof terrace of about 50 m2 and a spacious swimming pool. Our villa is located 13 km from the world-famous Ölüdeniz Beach. Each villa has its own garden and pool. The space Living room : Spacious and comfortable sofa set, satellite receiver, LCD TV, air conditioning, modem for internet. Kitchen: The modern American kitchen has a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, dinnerware, teapot, cutlery, pans, pots, and glasses. Bedrooms : 1st Bedroom: 2 single beds + clothes rack + ceiling fan + shared bathroom 2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed + clothes rack + air conditioning, ceiling fan + shared bathroom 3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed + clothes rack +air conditioning, ceiling fan + shared bathroom 4th Bedroom : 1 single bed + clothes rack + air conditioning, ceiling fan + shared bathroom Pool : There is a private swimming pool with sea views. Pool dimensions : 7m x 3.5m, depth 1.50m. The pool and garden maintenance is done 1 time a day in the morning or evening. There is a poolside sun terrace. Garden : There are sun lounges, sun umbrella, BBQ, dining table and chairs by the pool. Parking : Private parking is available. Important Information : 1. Our villa has 4 bedrooms and all rooms have overhead fans for cooling down. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, only the living room has an air conditioner. 2. The last 1 km before arriving at our villa is a stabilized dirt road. Car parking is 50 m. away from the entrance of the house. 4. Since the location of Faralya is far from the center, it is recommended to come by car. Dolmus departs from Fethiye bus station to this area every hour. There may be situations such as inability to provide services in small markets in the region, especially during the next season. 5. Pets are also accepted and an extra cleaning fee of 85 euros is charged. A damage deposit of 200 euros is collected at the entrance to the villa. If there is no damage after checking the villa at check-out, it is refunded. Internet : Our villa has Wi-Fi for internet access. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions due to excessive user loading due to service providers and due to the seasonal busyness. Other things to note Since Faralya is far from the center, it is an area that we recommend coming by car. There is 1 minibus per hour from Fethiye bus station. There may be situations where small markets in the region cannot provide services even for your daily needs, especially in the off-season. There is a restaurant and a place where you can have breakfast very close by. Damage Deposit: A 100 Euro deposit is temporarily collected at the beginning of the reservation for possible damages to the villa and the items inside during the rental period. In the inspection to be made before leaving the house, if there is no damage, missing, loss, etc. in the fixtures and items of the house that was delivered in good condition, the deposit will be returned. For long stays between October and April, the tenant only pays for the electricity he/she uses. Registration Details 48-11917
