Think 'Tiny House'! Guests walk approximately 400 feet to the large waterfront backyard for the magnificent view. Walk in the water sandy beach, terraced deck to view amazing sunsets. Campfire ring for making s'mores (firewood provided), large patio kitchen near beach, complete with gas & charcoal grills. Guests can access in the large waterfront backyard: BBQ grills (two gas, one charcoal), Patio Kitchen (with full range, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer), Gazebo, fire pits (two)-with firewood provided, multiple seating areas to view the water & sunsets. The terraced deck is accessible from Gazebo & down one flight of stairs. The sandstone deck at the waterfront is accessible down from a second flight of stairs. A sandy beach is located on the east edge of the sandstone deck which allows guests to access the water. The entire beach (110 feet) area is sand and the water depth gradually increases to a depth of 4 feet, 60 feet out into the water, perfect for swimming or using a floatie on the water. The property is Lake Erie Waterfront, accessible from the large, open backyard. The size of the beach is dependent on forces of Mother Nature, out of the hosts' control. Corn hole game, croquet, and volleyball. Please note the waterfront backyard is shared with other Cottage guests. Close to Cedar Point Amusement Park- 17 minutes from the historic Chausee east entrance to the Park. At the end of their stay guests are asked to do the following: •Remove all linens from bed(s) used and place in a pillowcase on the floor. Fold blankets/quilts & leave on bed. •Place used towels in a 2nd pillowcase & leave on floor for laundry pick-up. •Clean shower/sink/toilet with bath cleaner spray in base cabinet & paper towels provided. •Empty refrigerator of food & wipe out frig/kitchenette counter/table with kitchen cleaner & paper towels provided. •Please take all trash to bins by garden shed.
