The cottage is a private home and unless specified by the guest interaction is minimal. Guest access As a guest at SoneLedge you will have access to the common grounds on the property. Other things to note **CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES WHEN OUT ON THE PROPERTY** **parking in grass areas is prohibited - Pets are permitted with prior approval. Pets must be house broken and have no destructive habits. Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture, including the beds. They must be on a leash at all times when out on the property & please pick up after your pet when walking them. If it is determined pets were allowed on the bedding or sofa an additional dry cleaning charge and/or cleaning charge will be added & billed through Airbnb. -On Fridays during the summer the farm has a farm stand in the barn 4:30-6:30 -fireworks and firing of firearms is strictly prohibited -We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as power outages, appliances failing, cable outages, etc.. -The fire pit may be used with prior approval and if weather conditions permit. Must be notified by 3pm day of use or prior to prepare area. There is a $35 fee to use the fire pit which includes a log starter, firewood and set up. Once fire pit has been set up the fee will be billed regardless of use. Due to liability guest are not allowed to build their own fire.
