The space A fully-equipped kitchen adjoins the living & dining area, with the entire upstairs kept cosy by a gas fire and heat pump. TV includes chromecast and DVD player, along with a selection of DVDs and board games for endless entertainment. All four comfortable bedrooms are on the ground floor, kept cosy with panel heaters and electric blankets to slip into at the end of the day. A master queen bedroom, and 4 king-single beds spread across the other 3 rooms makes this a fantastic choice for families or a group of adults. One of the single bedrooms can be opened via a sliding door to the master room, perfect for a child. There is a bathroom on each level, and gas heating assures endless hot water for showers. Guest access Infants under 2 years are welcome and are free in a port-a-cot (also available for hire @ $10/stay - please request). Other things to note Linen, towels and cleaning is included in the nightly rate, for the booked number of guests. To ensure that we provide the correct linen please include the total number of guests when booking, including children. We ask that you are mindful about your bed choice when staying, as additional costs will be charged for beds used in excess of the number of guests booked. For stays less than 5 nights your accommodation is un-serviced, therefore all supplies & linen initially provided are for the duration of your stay. Extra supplies can be purchased at the local supermarket.
