Holiday getaway Bombshell basement

If you want something way better than a hotel this is your place. Short term or long term. This is a daylight basement studio in a quiet neighborhood in S. Salem, only 2 miles from downtown. This is a nice unit for one to 2 people for long stay or a cozy stay for group of 4 persons. There is a kitchenette with a full size fridge and a cook top with toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, and microwave included. Large back yard for the kids to run and play. Firepit available for summer time. The space The Bombshell Basement is a spacious and cool unit with a concrete floors that are perfect for those traveling with fur-babies. This 1400sqft daylight basement is a single bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a day bed in the Livingroom and plenty of space to move around. I rent out the upstairs when I’m away, so there might be some overlap during your stay, but I try to minimize it. This area of Salem is well-established and offers plenty of privacy on a safe street. If you have any special occasions I'm happy to assist in making your stay the best. Guest access The unit has 2 entrances, the main entrance on the south side and one on the north closer to the driveway. You will be given a unique entry code that will be good during your stay, no keys to lose! Arrive at any hour it won't disturb me at all. There are inside stairs to the main level but they are off limits unless discussed prior to climbing. I may have to enter the room immediately inside the main door for personal items but do not disturb or enter your area unless we talk before hand.
