Mother-in-law Apartment near Downtown and Airport!

Mother-in-law basement apartment located in south Seattle. Private entrance with no common areas. Completely private 3 room unit featuring a kitchen with dining area, bathroom and a bedroom/living area. We are a 10 minute Uber/drive to the airport and a 20 minute drive north to downtown Seattle in normal traffic. The Apartment is also on a main bus line. It is about a 10 minute bus ride to the light rail station. We provide 1 private parking spot and plenty of free/available street parking. The space All three rooms in a private (no shared living spaces) in-law basement apt with one parking space. The apartment is attached to the lower part of the main house. Set up is as a finished basement apartment. There is no direct access from the main part of the house to the apartment. The kitchen has an apt sized fridge and oven as well as a microwave. There is a table/desk set up in the kitchen for guests to use. The kitchen includes a waffle maker, single cup coffee maker and blender as well as some simple breakfast supplies and coffee. There is a queen bed and the apartment is best suited for 2. The bathroom has a shower, no bath. Simple toiletries are provided for guests. We provide WiFi and there is a tv with digital antenna channels. There is a record player for guest enjoyment, and a Wii. We’ve stocked the apartment with some movies and a guitar so that you don’t get bored. Guest access The unit has 3 separate rooms (Kitchen, Main room/bedroom, bathroom) and guests have full access to all of the rooms. There is no access to the rest of the home upstairs.
