Magnificent luxury apartment located in the heart of the 4 Valleys, Haute-Nendaz. Stunning view & access to the Spa/welness. This accommodation for 10 persons,, is the ideal place to spend your holidays with mountainlovers. The space Magnificent apartment of 200 m² located in the heart of the 4 Valleys. This apartment, which sleeps up to 10 people, is the ideal place to spend your holidays with family or friends in the resort of Haute-Nendaz. It is in an excellent location in the resort, only a few steps from the ski lifts and the Tracouet ski slope, within the premium Mer de Glace complex and has stunning views of the surrounding mountains. We provide 4 unlimited and non-nominative spa passes with the apartment rental. (Subject to spa opening hours. It is not possible to have additional passes but individual entries can be purchased on site). Details of the apartment: 4 ensuite bedrooms 3 double king size beds 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds 3 bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet. 1 bathroom with bath tub, sink and toilet. Visitors toilet. Living room with dining table and chairs for 10, comfortable sofas, fire place, TV (with English, French, German and Italian channels) and DVD player and fully equipped open kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, sodastream, raclette, fondue, dishwasher, oven, microwave and all the basics you need in a kitchen (dishwasher tablets, detergent, kitchen towels, etc.). The Nendaz ski lift, supermarkets, restaurants, ice rink and spa are all within easy walking distance. Good to know * Raclette and fondue set at disposal. Iron and board at disposal. * There is 1 undercover parking space at your disposal, contact us if you need an extra space (height of the front door of the garage is 2.25m). * Washing machine and dryer and iron are at disposal. * Private ski storage room with boot dryer IMPORTANT In autumn, it is advisable to check directly with the spa for opening times. Spa closing dates 21.04.2025 til 29.05.2025. Other things to note Good to know:   Included in the cleaning fee and for the number of people indicated at the time of booking: - beds made on arrival - towels - final cleaning   Optional: - Baby pack at 25 CHF/stay (this includes a cot with mattress, a fitted sheet, a towel and a high chair) - 35 CHF for sheets and towels per additional person Wood for the fireplace is to be provided by the tenant.
