Our recently-renovated home is just one block from Lake Erie and 15 minutes from Downtown Cleveland. This is the perfect place for a family to stay! Need a high chair, pack 'n play, room darkening shades, or an endless supply of Legos? We've got you covered! The space This brick cottage is located in a suburban area west of downtown Cleveland. Our guests have the entire space to themselves, including the backyard and patio. Decorated with an eclectic mix of antiques and high-end furniture, the home exudes charm and comfort. This is the kind of space that welcomes visitors to "stay awhile." Our family of five lives here full-time, but each summer we welcome guests for a few weeks while we travel. Guest access You'll have full access to our home, including the BBQ grill, backyard playground, and kid "gear." We have three children — so anything a parent needs is on hand! This includes fun indoor and outdoor toys, an 8' trampoline, a tree swing and jungle gym, beach towels, scooters, etc. You'll also have full laundry and kitchen access — including all of our cookware, gadgets, and appliances. The house features a first floor master with en-suite bathroom. As well as a first-floor office with scanner, printer, and high-speed wifi. A private community beach is just a short walk away. In addition, the home is SUPER SANITIZED prior to guest arrival! Other things to note Rocky River is truly "Leave it to Beaver" town. The city is safe and quiet. We have amazing libraries, restaurants, bars, parks, and the BEACH All within walking distance of our home. World-class museums and other attractions are just a short drive away.
