The land behind our building belongs to us and is used as a parking lot for our guests. For your safety, there is a camera in the building's outdoor unit. All of our homes have smart underfloor heating. If you wish, you can determine how many degrees of heat you need (like 21-23 degrees) before you check in to the house. Guest access There is a 3 car parking lot in the back yard of our house. The nearest grocery store, butcher, etc. is 4min away with your private vehicle.
