It is ideally located close to down town Modesto & within walking distance to not only a variety of stores, bars & places to eat, but also to Dry Creek Trail. Whether you need to run some errands, want to dine out, need to let loose after a long trip or you just want to enjoy a leisurely stroll with a beautiful view, this home is perfectly close to it all. Very cute inside. Has warm, inviting colors and arched entryways. Everything you'd need and use in your own home is also included in this one. From the big things like a washer & dryer, dishes, WiFi and TV, to the little things that can make a big difference such as laundry & hygiene supplies, extra lounging blankets, "how to" instructions, cute décor and writing/coloring supplies for you or your little ones. This home is set up to be your "home away from home" where you feel comfortable and relaxed every time you visit. I am continuously thinking of things I can add to my home to make any guests' stay more enjoyable and stress free, including family/child amenities such as a Johnny Jumper, a walker and a vibrating, rocking baby sleeper. If you are considering staying in my home, but would like something provided that is not, please do not hesitate to make a request. I am always looking for ways to improve my home and want to make sure all needs thought of are taken care of. You will have complete access to all parts of this home, including a large laundry room and a huge backyard. I offer self check in with a keyless entry so that you may have complete space if needed, but am more than happy to meet you at the home at check in to give you a tour and answer any questions you may have. Tucked away from busy streets, but close to many convenient businesses. Tree lined streets with family homes and a school a block away. This home is on a corner lot on a dead end street only a couple of blocks long. It's perfect for those who have kids or just desire a quiet and private area. There is parking directly in front of the home, on the side (house is on corner lot), or in the driveway in the back of the house. There is a bus stop less than a block away for public transportation and Uber/Lyft is also available. This home is also located to many businesses within walking distance as well. There is a bus schedule along with numbers for different transportation services provided inside the home for your convenience. There are two, complete queen bedroom sets. One in each room. Plenty of drawer and closet space in both rooms. A dresser with a mirror in each room, as well.
