This charming heritage building was the storekeepers house from the historic Whites Corner Store - a landmark of the historic central highlands town of Bothwell. The yard has a range of old outbuildings (e.g. stables) that you’re welcome to explore. The space This charming historic building has been fully restored and renovated to blend the heritage values with modern comfort and convenience. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and we pride ourselves on high quality beds and bedlinen. This building originally housed the town general storekeeper and his family - a prominent pioneering family with the house reflecting their importance in Tasmanian history. Note that the house comfortably sleeps 12, however the dining table does not seat 12 and there is only one bathroom - please be aware of these limitations. The property is opposite Queens Park, which has a fantastic fenced playground with BBQs. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the whole storekeepers house, which has 4 bedrooms, living room, large fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and access to a shared laundry. The building is on two levels with the bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs. Note that as the only bathroom is upstairs, this property may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties. I'll contact you on by 2pm on the day of check-in with a code for a self-check-in. Please note that whilst we will try, we cannot guarantee early check-in until that morning.
