Nice cozy 22 m2 studio, decorated by us to ensure comfort and simplicity at the same time, in a small green setting. The space Ideally located between two coves, this lovely ground floor will delight lovers of calm and nature. Equipped with a sofa bed, fridge, combined microwave oven, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee maker and kettle, shower room and separate toilet, a private garden area with nice outdoor lounge and plancha available. I would like to point out that there is no kitchen with stove or sink, but that the studio is more like a large guest room with the equipment mentioned above. The entrance and premises are not shared spaces but are private for your well-being and comfort. Parking is provided in the secure residence and a garage is available for motorcyclists. Linens (sheets, dish towels and bath towels) are provided.
