The official maximum occupancy is 8 ADULTS. In addition, we can accommodate up to 2 EXTRA CHILDREN and 2 BABIES IN A COT, depending on availability. The space Villa Tijuana is located next to the Bandama Natural Park, an impressive place to enjoy nature without giving up the comfort of being just 10 minutes away from the city of Las Palmas. In addition, Villa Tijuana is only a 10-minute drive from some of the most important shopping centers on the island, such as the Las Terrazas and El Mirador shopping centers, where guests can find everything they need in terms of leisure and dining. It is also within easy driving distance of some of the most popular places on the island, such as Vegueta (the historic center of Las Palmas), Las Canteras (the main beach of the city), the airport, and Maspalomas and Playa del Ingles (in the south of the island). It should be noted that the property is not intended for events or large gatherings. The property has a private garden of 470 square meters, a charming barbecue area, a large glazed porch and two separate Jacuzzis. One of them is designed as a refreshing option (cold water), ideal for the hottest days, while the other offers a complete relaxation experience with a heating system. All these services are exclusive to our guests, ensuring an atmosphere of privacy and tranquility.
