I used to occupy this property but have moved to another property to start graduate school. I purchased this unit several years ago as I liked the modern loft layout and the amazing view from the high floor, especially during dusk or dawn. I have furnished the unit tastefully, the dinner table and all counter tops are made of reclaimed teak from Africa and Indonesia. I put a lot of thoughts into the living spaces and I enjoyed living here, so I hope you will too. This premium loft is located in a very strategic location within Damansara Perdana. It was tastefully designed and overlooks downtown Petaling Jaya while on the northern side of the unit you will see the green hills of Lanjan and Penchala. The loft is very near to The Curve (5 mins drive, 15 minutes walk) , IKEA, Ikano Shopping Centre, Kidzania, One Utama, Starling and many other malls. Within the property, there are F&B outlets, convenience store, pharmacy, hair saloon etc. You will find amenities just like what you'd find at a home. High speed 100Mbps internet is included. Hot shower, shower gel, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, 2 fresh towels and floor mat, closet, clean sheets, down-filled high thread count duvet, down-filled pillows, full length mirror, microwave, DeLonghi coffee maker (yes we provide ground coffee), kettle, fridge, induction stove suitable for LIGHT cooking only, cooking utensils and kitchenware, TV, and over 150 book titles to enjoy. **Note: our oven is not for guest use, but you are welcome to use the stove and microwave. We now have ANDROID TV for your entertainment! The loft can comfortably accommodate 2 people and is not suitable for young children. We welcome extended stays, please send a message since we place a restriction on max days available. NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT. PLEASE respect this house rule, if you leave the unit smelling of cigarette, we will charge an additional RM300 for cleaning. Getting rid of cigarette smell takes days and we will have to turn down the guest that will check-in after you for cleaning purposes. No smoking in the unit. If there is a residual smell of smoke in the unit after check-out, an additional cleaning fee of RM300 will be charged. Removing the smell of cigarettes is very difficult and will take several days and will result in the cancellation of the next check-in guest.Guests are kindly requested to respect the house rules. Please, strictly no parties, durian, mangoesteen or substance/drug use within the premise. Strictly no durian, mangosteen or drugs allowed in the unit. We will meet you at check-in to make sure you've got everything you need! Overlooking downtown Petaling Jaya, the apartment is based in the Damansara Perdana neighborhood, adjacent to Mutiara Damansara and Bandar Utama. The neighborhood has many malls and restaurants and is a short drive to Kuala Lumpur. If you're driving, there's parking in the basement. Otherwise, Grab/Uber is also easy to catch. The loft is in a very central area of Damansara. Nearest MRT/LRT station is at The Curve (about 5mins drive away, or 15-20 mins walk if you dont mind the heat). There's a shuttle bus at the entrance of the premise that will take you to the MRT station. Let us know your mode of transportation and we will advise you accordingly.
