The flat is near The River Thames, just 150metres from the Tower of London and is surrounded by some of the capital's most famous sights – including the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Other sites include St Paul's Cathedral, Tate Modern, Globe Theatre, South Bank Arts centre, 'The Gherkin'. It is a fantastic base for exploring the Capital and all the major attractions. Shakespeare's Globe Theatre is most definitely worth visiting and a trip to the West End, which is a most for the varied productions that are on all year round. The flat is 150 meters from the Tower of London with Tower Bridge just slightly further away. The flat is within easy reach of the river, and with Fenchurch and Tower Hill stations less than 2 minutes walk away, access to the rest of the city couldn't be easier. The flat also has excellent connections to rail and Tower Gateway Docklands Light Railway (DLR) station, which provides a convenient link to Canary Wharf and London City airport. The flat is also on major bus routes including the Heritage No.15 tourist route from the Tower of London to Trafalgar Square and London river buses and cruises departs from the Tower pier next to the Tower of London, for further travel through the City of London. Other attractions in the area include the museum ship HMS Belfast, the Design Museum and the Monument - Christopher Wren's memorial to the Great Fire of London, all of which are less than a twenty-minute walk from the Tower Pier. You can also try walking to Sir Francis Drake's ship the Golden Hinde, the Millennium Bridge and St Paul's Cathedral from the flat. All Hallows Church, which is only 3mins walk from the flat, is the oldest church in the City of London dating back to the 7th Century and where William Penn, the founder of Pennsylvania, was baptised in 1664, and John Quincy Adams, 6th President of the US, married in 1797.
