The space Welcome to Ara Town, where two guest apartments, "Ara Rossa" and "Ara Blu," embrace the harmony between rustic and modern with a touch of elegance. Ara Rossa, a spacious loft of 80 square meters, boasts a fully equipped kitchen in masonry, a private bathroom with shower, and a cozy sleeping area with parquet flooring and blackout curtains. Guests can enjoy onsite parking, the pool area, and the barbecue. Each apartment features a furnished outdoor terrace, while the pool and surrounding garden are shared spaces. We offer a range of services upon request, including poolside massages, electric bike excursions, bike rentals, Mount Etna tours, cooking classes, and local wine tastings. The property consists of a detached villa with an annex, communal areas with garden, barbecue, and pool, in a quiet location with free parking. Facilities include centralized heating, air conditioning, and solar panels. Apartment amenities and services include a fully equipped kitchen in masonry, bathroom with shower, sleeping area, TV, double bed, and sofa bed, refrigerator, stove, oven, espresso machine with pods, Moka pot, electric kettle, iron, washing machine, hairdryer, and linens. We also provide free Wi-Fi access and shuttle service to/from the airport/train station/port upon request for an additional fee. Services for infants are available upon request and free of charge, including a high chair, changing table, and crib. Guest access Our guests have access to the pool, garden, and barbecue area, as well as all outdoor spaces. On-site parking within the villa premises is complimentary. Each apartment features its own furnished outdoor terrace with tables and chairs, perfect for dining in tranquility. The pool is shared between the guests of the two apartments and the owners.
