A relaxing quiet base for holidays or when working away from home is our 4bdrm duplex style home. Your own entrance to a lounge/dining, equipped kitchen, 4 bdrms & 2 & 1/2 bathrooms. A large deck for outdoor meals, relaxing with drinks, enjoying the view & a saltwater pool. Tinonee village is 5 mins from the Freeway & approx. 700m of unsealed road brings you to our 10 acre property. It’s 12 mins toTaree or Wingham. Several local beaches are within 20-30 mins & forest drives into the hinterland. The space We live in the other half of the home & like to show our guests in if possible. Self check-in is available if we are not at home. The listing price is for 2 persons. The house can accommodate up to 8 people at $40pp extra. All bedding, linen & towels are supplied. A bbq is on the deck for your use & a shared laundry. Tinonee has a General Store with a bottleshop & fuel. There is a children's playground, tennis courts & sports oval with cricket nets. Mountain bike tracks are nearby. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, pods & a milk frother. Also sugar, teabags, salt, pepper & olive oil. There are paper towels, plastic wrap, foil, paper napkins, bin liners, toilet paper, hand & body wash. For extended stays, a weekly linen change & clean is done.
