The apartment (79 m²) is located on the 2nd floor of Villa Hygiea on Lake Wörthersee. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring double bed, the living area with a cozy sleeping alcove (double sofa bed box spring), dining table & LED TV. There is a bathroom with a spacious rain shower, bidet and toilet. The well-equipped kitchen impresses with a glass ceramic stove, refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher, oven and Nespresso machine. Perfect for 2-4 people. The space High-speed Internet is available in all rooms of the villa. Bed linen, hair dryer, bath and beach towels are of course also available. On colder days, an open fireplace in the living area provides a homely atmosphere. Guest access The loggia (11 m2) with lake view and balcony furniture, as well as the barbecue pavilion in the extensive garden landscape (3000 m2) provide outdoor comfort and the private lake access with its own jetty (on the other side of the street) offers cooling on hot summer days. In addition, a free parking space with carport is available. Pets are not allowed in this apartment, but are welcome in other selected apartments!
