Large 3-Bedroom Flat in City Centre, Free Parking

It is a modern and cosy 3 bedroom apartment with code-access gate and free on-site parking, strategically located in the Liverpool City Centre. It is about 10mins walk from the Lime Street train station. This location is so convenient that almost everywhere that you want to go are within minutes of walk. Free parking is available, please let me know when you booked. The space There will be alcohol hand sanitizers (effective against coronavirus), hand gels, Dettol sprays, alcohol wipes placed in your room. These products will be also placed in common areas like the kitchen and bathroom, so that you may use them as often as you'd wish. . All the Bedrooms have one comfortable queen-sized bed with hard and soft pillow to choose from and with four cushions. A single foldable bed with mattress, one pillow and one single duvet will be placed in the master bedroom and/or in the middle sized bedroom if the booking consist more than 6 guests, or upon request with a single fee of £5/bed for bookings consist of 6 guests and less. There is a double sofa bed for bookings consists more than 6 guests. I can set it up before guests arrival or you can request to set it yourself if you need to use the sofa before sleeping. It can also be set up upon request with a single fee of £10 for bookings of 6 guests and less. The best place in the master bedroom which I have put in a lot of effort to decorate is the corner down the big French Window, with fairy lights on one wall and heater on the opposite. you definitely will spend a good time sitting down on the big and soft artificial sheep fur carpet, rest yourself onto two big fluffy cushions while drinking a cup of tea, and enjoying a magnificent view outside the French Window just next to you. the bathroom is a standard three pieces. there will be hand-washing soap, toothpaste and facial cleanser on the sink. a standing shower is fitted onto the bathtub and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel will be placed on the side of the tub. there will be coffee, tea, chocolate and some biscuits in the kitchen, which you can use to make breakfast. the kitchen is fitted for simple cooking. kitchen is only open to guests for goodwill and the guest is willing to clean up the kitchen surfaces and do the dishes after use. Pans and pots, plates and bowls are in the kitchen cabinets. there are cooking oil, salt and pepper, dried spaghetti and pasta at the corner of the kitchen. the washing machine will be provided for goodwill, but there is no dryer. it will spin your clothes till a little wet only, and you can hang on the racks in the lounge area, there is also an extra rack, ask me if you need. there are fridge and freezer at the corner of the kitchen which you can use to store your groceries and drinks. Guest access you will be given your own keys for the entrance door and your room during your stay, so you can come in and leave any time of the day. there is free on-site parking, please let me know if you need parking, as it has to be pre-arranged before your arrival. You will be living in the city centre and almost everywhere you wanna go is within walking distance. Less than 10mins walk to the Lime Street train station. 5mins walk to Liverpool one, where all the shopping and restaurants are located. 4 mins walk to St George hall, which provides a direct bus to Anfield stadium. 15mins walk to Albert Dock, Chinatown and echo arena & ACC. John Moore's University City Campus is just outside the apartment. 18mins walk to the University of Liverpool. 20mins car ride from Liverpool airport. Other things to note please note check in between midnight till 7am requires another day of booking. no outside shoe in the house, slipper provided or you can wear socks. no smoking and cigarette bud inside the house. if you coming home late or sleep late, please be really quiet and gentle after midnight.
