Here, you can find wild animals in the woods, like a lovely hare, cute squirrels, a few owls, and if you’re lucky, you’ll also see ferrets, hedgehogs, and fireflies on summer evenings! Beyond the stream, 3 friendly donkeys keep us company. Further down at the edge of the property is a beautiful waterfall that is not exactly natural. Just above the Big Tree.....really big! All around there will soon be a synergistic vegetable garden, a small pond, a bamboo forest of every species and an organic orchard....in addition to the existing vineyards that in the future will produce Torchiato di Fregona DOCG. Now we're content with the delicious prosecco we grow using the most natural methods possible.
