A cozy and quiet apartment, located between the beach and the city center The space The accommodation is a cozy 2-room apartment consisting of: a bedroom with bathroom/toilet and a functional living room (living room + kitchen) with multiple storage spaces. As a bonus: a small, secluded terrace with no one overlooking it. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a micro-residence consisting of 3 apartments and a business, generally quiet. Located 5 minutes from the lagoon and the city, you will have the choice to go for a dip in this gigantic natural pool or discover the shops of the center. The apartment is close to all amenities (supermarket, greengrocer, grocery store, bakery, train stations, laundromat, restaurants, bars...). It is a great base to visit the south of the island (the volcano, the "wild south") in peace or enjoy the entertainment of the southern capital (especially during the Musik Sakifo festival or the start of the Grand Raid). Since October 14, 2024, street parking has become paid (green zone), there are reduced rates per week (€10), there is free parking further away (about 5 min walk). The parking meter can be easily managed via the PaybyPhone app, especially for long-term parking. Paid parking hours: Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. / 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. Saturday: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. Guest access You have access to the entire accommodation described, the entrance, stairs and garbage area are the common areas of the residence that should be kept clean. Other things to note The current rate includes the tourist tax of the municipality of Saint-Pierre, i.e. 5% of the nightly rate per person per night.
