The holiday apartment is located in the beautiful Chiemgau surrounded by mountains, castles and lakes. This includes Lake Chiemsee with Herrenchiemsee Castle, Berchtesgaden with Königssee and being close to cities such as Salzburg, Burghausen and Tittmoning with their castles and the historic old towns. The space The 120 sqm apartment is upstairs and has an open large living and dining area with large window front and spacious south-facing balcony. The apartment has a unique ambience , with handmade furniture, solid wood parquet, wooden beamed ceiling and lovingly selected accessories. The new, fully equipped kitchen incl. Oven/stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and a large dining table for 8 people leaves nothing to be desired. The individually and generously designed lounge area is equipped with a corner couch, armchairs and a flat-screen TV. The two separate bedrooms with a total of 5 handmade wooden beds are equipped with premium mattresses made of pure natural materials as well as high-quality down comforters and pillows. If necessary, a baby crib and a cot can be provided. The bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub. Towels and shower towels are provided by us. Our apartment is located in beautiful Chiemgau, where various leisure activities and sports activities are possible in all four seasons. Mountaineering/biking, swimming, sailing, golfing, hiking, tennis, horseback riding, climbing, skiing and much more. In the summer, the nearby swimming lakes (about 10 km) lure you to relax and linger. The central location is ideal for excursions to the nearby Alps as well as shopping and adventure trips to the state capital Munich (about 100 km) or to our neighbors in the Mozart city of Salzburg (about 45 km).
