Apartment is located on the ground floor, central and surrounded with gardens. Traditional Dalmatian stone house in the historic residential area of Bol, yet very modern, bright and airy. Walking distance from all places of interest. Ideal for couples who love unwinding in a spa tub after a day at the beach or exploring our beautiful town Bol and island Brač. Apartment is well equipped, but in case you lack anything, just ask, we will do our best to provide if possible. GDPR we take seriously, we need your ID on arrival for registration according to Croatian law, your data is safe and will not be shared nor used in any way. The rental license limits the number of guests to a maximum of 2, more than 2 guests we are not able or allowed to accommodate, regardless of the age of any of guests (applies also to infants). Thank you and welcome :) Other things to note As most Mediterraneans, we are friendly people welcoming you to our home as a friend. Our house is almost as old as Bol. It is quirky with modern twists. We've done what we could, as best as one can, so here we are. You have an opportunity to enjoy the best of local history and culture here. You can ask for help, information, talk any time as we live on the property. This is not just another apartment in busy tourist destination, this is our home that we care about as well as your well being. We highly appreciate your choosing of our accomodation. Live like a local, it is easy here. Mini market is 20 meters from our house, we are 3 minutes from the center and nice beaches on the east. Parking in front only for smaller cars and limited places (street less than 2 meters wide), reservation needed. Public parking, paying from July 1st to September 15th €10 daily in 2025, 3 minutes/300 meters away. As for dress code, swimsuit in outside area is a minimum requirement.
