It's one of the most northern seaside resorts in NSW and arguably one of the best, no high rises, friendly locals, amazing dining and day trips (Byron Bay, Husk Distillery, Gold Coast theme parks, Hastings Point, Fingal Head, snorkelling with turtles, whale watching cruise) Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Spacious apartment and luxurious surroundings. Check out the day spa at the resort and Kingscliff town centre. Don't miss the local markets and the winter Whale watching at Hastings Point and Kingscliff beach. It is the last 2 bedroom along the long end of the lagoon pool (furthest from reception) so it's one of the quietest apartments right next to the pool. The lagoon pool has it's own sandy beach and sun lounges. There is also a tropical pool and spa. The suite has its own double sun lounge on the main patio and 2 single sun lounges on the second patio. There are 2 pool gates from both rooms that lead to the lagoon pool. There is no need to reserve sun lounges as you have your own under a shady balcony. There is also a high outdoor dining table perfect for poolside drinks and snacks. You can order food and beverages from the poolside service counter. Fully stocked kitchen plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware. Coffee machine, 2 burner stove ,air fryer and sandwich press. Coles and Woolworths are 5 mins away or order takeaway from the restaurants across the road . Access to the resort tennis court (tennis equipment provided in the suite), gym, resort pools and spas and the poolside restaruant. Ebike and bike hire from koolbikes in Kingscliff town. There are numerous restaurants (Italian, Thai, Fins , Indian, Mexican) , fish and chips, French Patisserie, gelato bar, cafe (with amazing coffee), local supermarket and the Salt Bar and bistro all within a 5 min walk. Winter Whale Watching within 10 min drive or bike ride to the breakwater at Kingscliff beach, Fingal Head (Lighthouse walk), Cabarita beach lookout and Hastings point (drive straight to the lookout). WIFI is complimentary . Smart TVs (not available in rooms booked through the resort). King size bed in the main bedroom and in the second bedroom - 2 king singles with 2 single trundles (with luxury mattresses) . Travel cot (complimentary). Lounge also converts into a large king size bed. 2 bathrooms including a jetted spa bath, kitchen (with coffee machine), laundry. Indoor and outdoor dining with pool views. Linen and beach towels are included. If you require extra space or would like to invite family and friends I also own the 1 bedroom apartment next door (click on my profile and you will see the listing) . You can access both apartments via the garden terrace they are separated by a privacy screen. The 1 bedroom has a kitchen, separate living/dining, 2 sun lounges and bathroom with a spa bath. Some friendly advice if booking with other hosts , please check their reviews before booking (number of reviews and rating). There are other listings in the resort but they continue to relist after a trend of poor reviews. Some list on multiple websites as they sometimes cancel on you if they get a better rate. This is a premium suite with only 5 star reviews in the last year. I have never cancelled on a guest and have over 400 reviews over 4 properties and over 500 bookings with a 4.9 star rating. I host over 700 nights a year. I love holidays and want my guests to love the suite and the area as much as our family. I've been holidaying in Kingscliff for over 9 years. I offer long stay rates from the end of April to the end of August. Perfect for retirees or anyone wanting a break from the cold weather over winter. Guest access The apartment is privately managed keys are provided in a secure key safe at the resort. No more queuing up to check in and out and you have certainty on the location of the room. Resort facilities including 2 swimming pools ( large lagoon pool with sandy beach and tropical pool with spa), poolside dining, shared plunge pools, day spas, tennis courts (book a time at reception, BYO equipment or there is basic equipment in the apartment) and gym .
