This house is located in Tokyo, 5 minutes walk from Shinokachimachi subway station of Oeto line or Tsukuba express. JR okachimachi station is walkable distance also. It is easy to access to Ueno, Akihabara, Asakusa, Shinjunku etc for Tokyo sightseeing. 8 story building with elevator. Each Unit included bedrooms/ living room,bathroom, kitchen, toilet. It's a quiet place to rest well after a long day outside activities. Restaurants, grocery stores are in 5 min walk. The space This area is town area, there is primary school nearby and local Japanese families live in this building . First floor of the building is coin laundry to wash and dry clothes. It is quite safe and convenience for daily life. Guest access It is private unit for your own usage. We will keep the room key in the key box with password. Password will be provided a few days before your stay. Other things to note We have some rules to use our room and keep a good relationship with neighborhood. 1. Keep smiling and say hello/Konichiwa to the people you meet in the building. 2. To keep the room clean, we would like to appreciate you taking off the shoes at the entrance 3. The whole building is non-smoking. You have to go to convenience store or smoking area nearby. Please do not smoke in the toilet, you will get penalty for that. 4. Please use towel, sheet clean, do not dye hair. The price you see is for 2/3 persons basically, additional charge will be added for additional each person.
