The space If you are looking for an active holiday, you can walk directly onto the moors from Moorview Cottage and explore miles of beautiful moorland with Boulters Tor, White Tor and Stephen's Grave nearby. Locally there are some lovely riverside walks to enjoy. Horse riding and fishing are available close by. Moorview is less than 1 mile from the Sustrans 'Route 27' Cycle path, so don't forget to bring your bikes, or if you prefer cycle hire is available nearby or if you don't want to cycle you can walk or run instead. For those looking for a more restful break, a walk around the historic market town of Tavistock may interest you, with its farmers market, a pannier market, boutique shops, beauty salons, bistros, pubs and cafes. Beyond Tavistock there are a great selection of Dartmoor pubs, towns and villages to explore. Due to the property's central location most of Devon and Cornwall is easily accessible by car.
