It is really a hidden gem. It has a quick & easy reach regarding public transports. The bus and tram are the closest. The space This property features: - One double bed, with fresh Linen & towels - Double sofa bed (you need to prebook in in advance) - Air conditioning - One bathroom with a shower. Shampoo&Shower gel is provided - Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, stove, oven, dishwasher and all the necessary table wear. - Washing machine - TV flat screen with Chromecast (for streaming) - Hairdryer, hangers, iron and ironing board - WiFi You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. You may occasionally hear noise from neighboring apartments, as most buildings in Lisbon aren’t soundproofed. It will be necessary to send your I.D. and fill out the accommodation bulletin prior to arrival. The reason for this is that since 2015 Portugal has more strictly enforced a long­standing law requiring anyone providing paid holiday accommodation to record the entry, exit, and identification details of all guests. Guest access Only registered guests are allowed access to the apartment at any given time. Third-party bookings are strictly prohibited, in line with Airbnb’s Terms of Service (Article 427). This rule is clearly stated both here and in our House Rules, which you agree to when confirming your reservation. The person who makes the booking must be the one staying at the property. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must use an Airbnb for Work account. Otherwise, the reservation will be considered a violation of Airbnb’s policies and will be cancelled without refund, in accordance with the cancellation policy in place. This rule is in place to comply with regulations on access control, and to safeguard the security of both guests, neighbors and the property. Please do not book if your reservation does not comply with these conditions. We reserve the right to cancel without refund any reservation that breaches Airbnb’s Terms of Service or our House Rules.
