The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom, while the upper floor offers two bedrooms and a shower room. Located less than 5 minutes from the beautiful Mine d'Or beach and 5 minutes from the village center, you can also explore the surrounding area, including Vannes, Guérande, Piriac-sur-Mer, and the Brière Regional Natural Park. Please see the photo captions for further details. The space A family atmosphere awaits you in this 110 m² house, conveniently located near everything. It has just been renovated (except for one of the bathrooms and the facade). With its slate roof, small fish pond in the middle of a large, green, and flower-filled garden with a few fruit trees, there's everything you need for a relaxing family holiday, including free access to Netflix and Amazon Prime, as well as DVDs, CDs, books, board games, beach games, and Wi-Fi :-). The gravel driveway is perfect for a game of pétanque (boules are provided)! We are committed to ensuring you have a warm welcome, starting with a spotless house, a basket of local specialties, complimentary towels, shower gel and shampoo, and a welcome kit (sponges, dishcloth, dish soap). Final cleaning is also included. Bed linens are available as an optional extra (please request them in advance). We will offer this service via our digital booklet after your booking, along with the baby kit and other offers. And of course, we are available if you have any questions. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Other things to note Self check-in. During peak season, to ensure smooth logistics and preparation, we prefer Saturday to Saturday stays. However, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have a different preference, and we'll work together to find the best way to welcome you. Similarly, we recommend arrival after 6:00 PM and departure before 11:00 AM; please feel free to contact us to discuss the possibility of other arrival and departure times. The parking area can easily accommodate several vehicles. Unfortunately, our accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
