Less than 5 minutes from the beautiful Mine d 'Or beach and 5 minutes from the town center, you can also enjoy the surroundings, such as Vannes, Guérande, Piriac-sur-Mer, the Brière Natural Park... The space Family atmosphere in a 110 m² house and close to everything, it has just been renovated (except bathrooms and facade renovation). The slate roof, the small fish pond in the middle of a large green and flowered lot, a few fruit trees... there is everything you need to relax as a family including NETFLIX and AMAZON PRIME available for free as well as DVDs, CDs, books, board games and beach games... and WiFi:-). The gravel driveway is ideal for a game of pétanque (balls available)! We are committed to welcoming you for your stay starting with a spotless house, a basket with local specialties, towels provided, shower gel and shampoo as well as an entrance kit (sponges, towel, dish soap). Check-out cleaning is also included. Finally, sheets are optional (ask us beforehand). We will offer you this service via our digital booklet after your booking, as well as the baby kit and other offers. And we're naturally available if you have any questions. Guest access You will have access to the whole house. Other things to note Self Check-in In high season and to ensure quality logistics and preparations, we favor stays from Saturday to Saturday. However, please let us know if you have a different wish and we will see together what can be done to welcome you in the best conditions. With this in mind, check-in is desired after 6pm and checkout before 11am; do not hesitate to ask us to discuss the feasibility of other times. Parking can easily accommodate several vehicles. Unfortunately, our place is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
