No additional charges for extra guests or for cleaning. Quaint country pub only 1.25 miles down the road serves food too. The space This is our second home - not a vacation rental! So it feels like home - lots of books & games. We want to be comfortable there & so you will too. We have lots of brochures & catalogs with information about local sites & activities. Beautiful views of ocean & countryside from every window! Guest access Aside from an owner's closet under the stairs, the whole cottage is open. Other things to note We have wifi & a large tv jic you want a quiet night in. A note on the wifi: Because the cottage is out in the country, wifi speeds can be slow. It's fine for basic tasks like email, messaging, etc., but not suited for tasks like live streaming. And, especially in bad weather, there will be interruptions to the service. If you require high speed service during your trip, this may not be the location best suited for you. Please no pets or smoking in the house!
